Jonathan S. Goldman

FOUNDING ATTORNEY

Jonathan S. Goldman is an accomplished trial attorney and the founder of Goldman Law Center, formerly Goldman Law Chicago. With a career spanning more than 15 years, Jonathan has dedicated his practice to criminal defense law. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases, obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients facing a wide range of charges including murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery, armed robbery, DUI, theft, reckless homicide, drug possession, and more.

In addition to his trial work, Jonathan has filed hundreds of successful expungement and sealing petitions and represented clients in front of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board for executive clemency petitions. He has a deep understanding of the Cook County courts and is a strong advocate for alternative resolutions to cases which do not involve jail or prison time.

Jonathan grew up In Milwaukee, WI then moved to Madison for his undergraduate studies. During college, Jonathan worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responding to 911 ambulance calls. His experience as a first responder, as well as his knowledge of police, fire, and ambulance procedures provides him with a unique perspective on every case. Jonathan moved to Chicago in 2004 for law school and to establish Goldman Law Center.

Jonathan is highly respected in the legal community for his dedication to his clients and his commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. With a track record of success, he is a top choice for anyone in need of an experienced and effective criminal defense attorney in Chicago and Cook County. Jonathan is looking forward to bringing his experience representing criminal defendants into Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin in 2024.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys practicing yoga, recording and producing music, and playing the guitar. Jonathan also writes for our “What the Law?” blog, exploring absurd and unusual takes on criminal law.

Julia Niebrzydowski

Attorney Julia Niebrzydowski is the founding attorney of Niebrzydowski Law, LLC, a family and real-estate law firm. Julia is a highly skilled and bilingual attorney fluent in both Spanish and English. Julia is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and has a particular passion for assisting clients within the Spanish-speaking community. With extensive experience in both areas of law, Julia is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Julia has worked as co-counsel with Attorney Jonathan Goldman on numerous cases.

Attorney Niebrzydowski was admitted to the State of Illinois Bar in 2016. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
